Welcome to the Lewis Library
and the Information Commons
We provide high quality resources, services, and educational experiences to support the present and future information needs of the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences community.
Due to Library Building renovations on the Albany campus this summer, Library staff will be temporarily located in the Princeton Classroom Building Room 009. We will be in this location beginning on May 18th, and will remain there until the renovated space can be reoccupied.
During this time the Library staff will continue to provide full services including:
- Reference Services (Ask-A-Librarian)
- Interlibrary Loan Services
- Access to the Library Reserves Collection
- Access to select print reference materials to support summer classes
- Access to computers for research needs
- Printing, copying and scanning capabilities
- Faxing services
- Access to select items from the SGA Leisure Collection
- Ample access to study space throughout the Princeton Classrooms
The majority of the print collection will remain in the Library during construction. If you need a print resource please email the Library and we will retrieve the item for you as soon as possible. Depending on what is occurring in the Library, the print collection will not be immediately accessible at all times.
Our hours will remain the same:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-8:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 1:00pm-6:00pm
- PCL Study Spaces will remain open until Midnight
For further updates on construction, hours, and services please check back here.
